TAYLOR WON!

YAY! Not suprised, but still happy! :-)

I really liked his single, and I didn't like Katharine's very much at all. So that's why I wasn't too suprised. Haha. Katharine, I'm sure, will still do very well.

Long Week

Busy season at work = Taylor feeling stressed. And I'm not a person who really gets stressed. Dawn and Dixie went to the beach this week, so I didn't have anyone young around. Haha. Thursday was 8 months for Kevin and I! Yay. We went to Outback and then went back to his house and had pie and watched the Will and Grace finale. Aw :-(. But I made the pie! Yay. I guess Kevin liked it, he ate two slices. Haha. Last night we went to a party. Amanda came with us, but she left early. It was like a high school reunion. Haha. There are pictures of it down there in "Pictures 2." But I enjoyed myself. It was funny, Kevin went to the bathroom, and some guy came and sat on the arm of the chair and started talking to me. And he asked me my name, so I told him, and then Kevin came back and was like, "and I'm her boyfriend." Haha. I love him. :-)

The rest of the weekend I don't know what I'm doing. But I know, I'd really like to just chill. Haha.

Oh, Prom is tonight. I really had fun at my senior prom last year. It was a whole lot better than the two previous years. Haha. Yay. I think it's funny how my brother is all "i could have gone to prom..." I was like, riiiight. *shakes head*

TOP TWO:
TAYLOR AND KATHARINE!

I just found this funny.

I'm bored. So I just looked at random xangas...I came across..."Beans_Hippos_and_JD"'s xanga.

On it she has this on it:

" according to the catholic herald..... if you're gonna go watch the da vinci code, know what you're watching and know your faith, dont go watch it opening weekend instead wait a few weeks, this is so that they cant say that it was #1 in the box offices it's opening week, instead you should go watch "over the hedge"."

I just found that really funny. Haha.

Top THREE

I watched it last night over at Kevin's house. Overall it was a pretty good night. Katharine really did Simon proud. Doesn't help for that guys ego any. Haha. I tried voting last night. I only got through to Katharine twice, and for Taylor, I didn't get through at all (I tried voting the entire 2 hours). I'm thinking it's time for Elliott to go. I don't know why, but I just feel Taylor and Katharine should be the last two. *shrugs* We'll find out tonight!

*crosses fingers*

Top FOUR!

Theme: Elvis

Taylor - "Jailhouse Rock" - He's awesome! He really did rock! Hehe. Simon is so wrong, he had fun, it's fun to watch someone have fun. And that is that.

Chris - "Suspicious Minds" - Would you believe I didn't know Elvis sang this song? Haha. It was great! FANTASTIC! I loved it! YAY! Yeah it worked! Haha.

Elliott - "If I Can Dream" - Not bad. Not bad at all!

Katharine - "Hound Dog" w/ "All Shook Up" - Last girl! Uh ohhhh. Forgot some words!!! But over all really good!

Mr. Soul Patrol - "In the Ghetto" - That was really good! YAY! YAYYYY!!!! Magnificant.

Chris - "A Little Less Conversation" - It seems to lack a certain...*umpfh* It should of had more excitment. But it was still good. It got better at the end!

Elliott - "Trouble" - Great again! YAY!

Katharine - "Can't Help Falling in Love" - YAY! I looooove this song. She better do good. Listen to Michael Buble's version...sooo good! (written before she sung, just to clarify) Um...I didn't like it. AT ALL. No no no no. I'm afraid for her for Kevin. She didn't have the very best night like the guys did. *shrugs*

SO....

What's up? I haven't really been actually writing in a while. I've been sort of busy. In a way. Everything I do is with Kevin, pretty much. Hehe. I'm not complaining. We've gone to lots of piano and trombone concert things. We saw Juxta in concert, and went to the acapella thingy too. That was interesting, because we got to see all the acapella groups of VT. Juxtaposition (male), Sensations (female), Naturally Sharp (male), and...and...um...another one (female). We saw Romeo and Juliet. That was good. But they randomly had a "media" crew. I still didn't understand that. Haha. I don't remember what else there was...but, it's been fun. Classes are over. I have two exams to take this coming week, and I'm finished with college until August 25! :-) I also have to write a final paper, but I don't think it'll be too hard. So, yay! Haha. Yesterday Kevin and I played "Scene it?" games I got for christmas. The movie one is fun, but the TV one, not so much...*shrugs* There is a Friends Scene It, I want that! Kevin's mom told me that Mountain Lake is doing a bunch of stuff next year for Dirty Dancing's 20th anniversary! YAY! I LOVE Dirty Dancing, it's my favorite movie. :-D eek, i just told my dad that, and he said, "shouldn't it be 25th?" I said, "no, because it came out in 1987, the year I was born, and I'm going to be 20 next year, so that will make it the 20th anniversary!" and wow...I'm going to be 20 next year. I'm not 19 yet, but it's still...old. I'll be 19 in...however long the counter at the bottom of this page says I'll be. Haha. Oh! Check this out, please.

TOP FIVE

(Live thoughts from my house! Yes, unfortunately, I'm not at Kevin's this week :-( )

~round one~
Theme: Songs from the year they were born

Elliott: "On Broadway" - 1978 - It was good. He looked like he enjoyed himself. Yay.

Paris: "Kiss" - 1988 - Can anyone say PRETTY WOMAN! Haha, that was a funny scene. I enjoyed it. I think she should have done the '*smooch smooch smooch smooch*' from Pretty Woman. Haha.

Chris: "Renegade" - 1979 - Wew! I enjoyed that. I thought it was really good. Yay.

Katharine: "Against All Odds" - 1984 - I didn't like that performance. There was something off about it. *shrugs* Better next time. And I don't like the dress.

Taylor: "Play That Funky Music" - 1976 - AWESOME!!! He rocks. He's truely an entertainer. :-P WEW!!!! :-D

~and round two~
Theme: Billboard Charts

Elliott: "Home" - Yay! Bubblicious action! :-D He's nothing compared to Michael. *shakes head* I wasn't thrilled with it. But it wasn't horrible.

Paris: "Be Without You" - What is she wearing?! Haha. I thought it was an okay performance.

Chris: "I Dare You" - It was okay. I don't know it, but...*shrugs* He's still awesome.

Katharine: "A Big Black Horse and a Cherry Tree" - (I think that's what they said it was) The drums are cool. Why won't she stand up? It was odd, but she had fun, and sang it well. I don't know this week with her...

Taylor: "Something" - He makes me want to dance...before fast...and now I really just want to wrap my arms around Kevin's neck, hold him tight, and dance cheek to cheek with him. He's awesome. And he looks awesome with purple hair (the lights shining on it). Haha. It was good.
